Knowing your audience
Before you begin setting up your social media business page, take time to better understand your clients. How old are they? Where do they live? And how (or DO) they access social media? Understanding demographics in social media (PDF) and analyzing your competitors (PDF) are key to establishing the right social media strategy (PDF).
Creating engaging posts
